I want to express my deep gratitude to M-EXPERT, and in particular to Viktoria and Olga. Last year I needed urgent lung surgery. At first I contacted a large Israeli company, and after a while I realised that everything would drag on indefinitely. Then it turned out that the company could not be trusted either. Friends gave me Viktoria’s contact details. Besides being highly professional, she is also an amazingly kind and caring person. I was given a very clear plan of action. How she managed to arrange everything in such a short time, I still don’t understand: Covid, flight bans, and yet Viktoria brought not only me to the clinic, but also my daughter, who stayed in the room with me! She has a very good rapport with the doctors, and absolutely every request, even the smallest, is met. You get a full understanding of the whole treatment process. Any money not used during treatment is refunded. After the operation I asked for advice several times over the year and got it online. It is also very important that this option exists. On top of everything, there was a free course of psychotherapy ))). Unfortunately, when you suddenly learn about an illness like this, it is hard to stay composed. So when very good people are helping you, everything seems less frightening. In Germany, my interpreter Olga was always by my side. The same words of thanks go to her too. If I or my loved ones ever need similar help, I will without doubt turn only to Viktoria.

Thanks to this, I can systematically have my health examined and treated, including surgically, at the highest medical and organisational level. For 5 years the company has fully met our needs. I had a melanoma and a lymph node removed. Knee surgery, a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy. Many thanks to Viktoria for arranging an online consultation with an excellent doctor. The consultation really helped me answer the question that worried me: should the titanium plate be removed after surgery (osteosynthesis of the shoulder joint) or left in the bone? The doctor gave a sound assessment of the operation performed in Moscow after looking at the X-rays. Having assessed it, he gave a clear position on removing or keeping the plate. We are now considering a repeat operation with this doctor if we do decide to remove the plate.
